I understand that I am signing up for a 3 month initial commitment. The fee for my membership will be automatically debited from the credit card account on file on the 1st of each month. To cancel any time after the third billing cycle, I can submit my request to cancel via email to Wild Heart Aesthetics 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. If I submit the cancellation request less than 14 days prior, I will be charged for the next billing cycle & will continue to receive services & benefits associated with membership for that cycle. I understand that my service for the month can be gifted to another person upon approval from the owner of Wild Heart Aesthetics if I am unable to use it, it must be used within that month.
